IENE launches Transport4Nature initiative at the IUCN World Conservation Congress.
Transport4Nature invites European companies involved in the transport of goods, people, and energy to make a commitment to biodiversity. Launched by IENE and its partners, this networks alliance of companies, scientists and environmental associations has one ambition: to create a collective European sustainable dynamic to protect, enhance and restore biodiversity, thanks to the infrastructure CEOs involvement. On Transport4Nature launch, major European infrastructure companies, such as Eiffage in France and REN in Portugal, will testify, through their CEOs, to their commitment to biodiversity and encourage European companies to join the sustainable infrastructure movement. The day after the launch, on 9 September, the Transport4Nature workshop will be held. It will be an opportunity to understand the initiative mechanics but also to question it and enrich it with your experiences.
